If you have been on the internet over the past week you might have fallen down the viral rabbit hole of the “mob wife aesthetic.” For those who grew up on the East Coast, it’s less of a trend, and more of an everyday wardrobe, including fur coats, big hair, chunky gold jewelry (extra points if paired with extravagant natural diamonds). It is out with minimalism and in with maximalism.
