MIRACO’s jewelry is made primarily with solid 14K yellow gold and white gold alongside other precious metals and ethically sourced stones.

All MIRACO diamonds adhere to the requirements of the Kimberley Process and are certified through The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. This ensures that MIRACO’s manufacturing partners only use conflict-free diamonds. Learn more about the Kimberley Process here.
Orders & Payment
MIRACO is pleased to accept all major credit cards including: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. Other forms of payment that we accept: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
We do not accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders.
We are currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love your pieces from MIRACO, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your items.

Damaged or defective items must be reported to our customer concierge team at concierge@shopmiraco.com or by phone:(347)952-7453 within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that visual proof of damaged items will be required. Damaged or defective items will be required to be sent back to our fulfillment center before replacements will be sent.
We hope that you love your pieces from MIRACO, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your exchange on eligible pieces within 15 days of receiving your items.

After receipt of your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund. Once processed, our team will send a confirmation email of your refund.
Refunds will be issued via the original form of payment. Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are eligible for free shipping and will arrive within 2-3 business days (excluding weekdays and holidays). Expedited shipping for an additional fee is available at checkout. Orders made before 1 p.m. (EST) will be shipped out the same day.
All shipments are insured via UPS and will require an adult signature upon delivery. You have the option to opt out of providing a signature at checkout. Please note that if you decide to opt out of a signature requirement, MIRACO will not be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen at the time of delivery.
Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for MIRACO to process and ship out your order. Please note that items marked with an expected ship date will not adhere to our standard processing timeframe. Once your order is ready to ship, tracking information will be sent via email.
We are currently only able to ship to addresses with the United States, but hope to ship internationally soon. Sign up for your newsletter to stay up to date on where we ship. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, or FPO addresses.

Yes, every MIRACO piece arrives with a signed certificate of authenticity.

Packaging & Gift
Yes! You can absolutely buy a digital gift card. They are available to purchase at the link here.
Digital gift cards are delivered by email and contain checkout redemption instructions.
Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
While we do not offer gift wrapping at this time, each order is carefully packed in a MIRACO branded box with a velvet pouch, polishing cloth, and certificate of authenticity.
