Returns & Exchange Policy

We hope that you love your pieces from MIRACO, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept your return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your items. 

Please review the following guidelines to see if your purchase is eligible for a return or an exchange.

 

Returns

 

  • Item must be in the original conditional, unworn, and undamaged. 
  • Item must have all original merchandise tags and packaging.
  • No individual item from a set can be returned.



The following items do not qualify for a return:

 

  • Custom pieces 
  • Engraved pieces 
  • Sale items 
  • Items marked as Final Sale 
  • Jewelry cleaning products

 

Connect with our customer concierge team at concierge@shopmiraco.com to begin processing your return. We will provide an insured, prepaid return label for your package. Once your label is generated, you will have 10 days to have your package scanned at a UPS location.

 

Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Upon receipt of your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect and process your refund.

 

MIRACO has the right to refuse the return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements. Orders sent back to MIRACO without approval are subject to additional fees and return shipping charges at the customer’s expense. 

 

Exchanges 

On items that are eligible for exchange, we are happy to do an even exchange for the same item in a different size or color, as long as the price is the same. MIRACO will hold the requested item, pending available inventory.

 

We will process your exchange request within 5 business days of receiving it. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return guidelines outlined in our Returns Policy. If your exchange items does not adhere to our guidelines, MIRACO has the right to deny your exchange and ship the item(s) back, at the customer’s expense.

Gift Return Policy 

Gift returns will be issued as store credit.Store credit does not expire and can be used on all items in our webshop. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
